SolarpartsUSA is a solar components distribution and reselling company, and the daughter company of Incoparts, BV. Our main focus is to provide competitive pricing on solar panels and inverters for residential and commercial projects.
Incoparts was founded in 1998 as a purchasing office for a major European computer manufacturer. From this experience we have developed numerous relationships in the European and US market for the distribution of commodity components like Processors, Hard Disc Drives and other IT related components. Our experienced team mainly serves the worldwide Value Added Resellers / Original Equipment Manufacturers / Distributor market, but we are always expanding our activities and finding new products to start and distribute. Our yearly turnover is about $200 Mil US and we do this with an experienced sales team of 12 people worldwide. The Incoparts global headquarters is located in The Netherlands, and we also have offices in Spain, Italy, and the USA.
Our flat organization structure, high integrity, and customer focus is very important to us to maintain business relationships. Our financial strength has few limitations. As a result of market research in the PV Business Field, we have taken this business model and started our daughter company Solarparts in the USA. Our President, Paul Henson, completed the “Boots on the Roof” PV installation course and determined we can be competitive in the Solar industry. We strongly believe we can serve the market requests with distribution of quality PV components. Also we would like you to forward us any excess inventory you have, so we can bid on this distressed stock for you and try and recover some of your assets.
